INVITATION TO BID
SMALL GRAIN SEED PRODUCTION

This is an invitation to bid on the production of 900 bushels of AGS 2026 wheat for the Georgia Seed Development Commission (hereinafter called GSDC) with delivery address of 2420 South Milledge Avenue Athens, GA 30605.

GSDC agrees to provide 40 50 pound units of AGS 2026 seed to Producer (hereinafter called bidder) at no charge.

The bid will be a per bushel dollar price for produced/contracted seed. Price paid will be f.o.b. production farm less deductions for foreign matter and moisture greater than 13%.

All seed fields must meet Georgia Crop Improvement Association (hereinafter called GCIA) standards for field inspections for the Foundation class of seed.

Harvest Requirements:

Bidder must have his own combine (no custom combining by others) in order to maximize harvest timing for high seed quality. Combine will be approved prior to awarding of bid.

Bidder must notify GSDC of harvest at least one full day prior to harvest. Harvest cannot occur until authorized by GSDC. Complete combine cleanout is required before harvest. GSDC may assist in combine clean out.
